Our client base consists of both residential and commercial contractors, architects, designers and upscale homeowners.
REQUIREMENTSo Selling distinctive building products such as windows, doors, moulding, millwork, etc.
to new/existing clients/accounts/large contractors, etc.
(including quoting over the phone / fax and walk in clients).
o Conducting face to face sales and presentations to prospective and established clients, fullfilling their needs.
o Generating leads-working to accurately assess, develop, generate, populate and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and new business.
o Working independently, as a team member, in a team centered environment.
o Writing orders, performing/following up on quotes and sourcing pricing special orders.
o Providing frequent updates reports of sales activities to management.
o Providing feedback on product requirements to sales management and marketing.
o Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) / Internet.
o Outstanding written and oral communication presentation skills.
o Highly self motivated energetic:
showing initiative time management skills.
o Propensity to manage projects from start to finish, be highly organized o Capability to lead others; excellent negotiation listening skills.
o Must have the desire and ability to develop new business accounts grow, nurture maintain long term client relationships.
o Understands the value of proper follow up techniques with clients, solicit feedback, resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service.
