Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth operation - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent guest relations skills and a customer-centric approach This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment, interact with diverse customers, and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service.
