The job responsibilities include:
Answer In-Coming Calls/Review Voice Mails Follow Phone Scripts Make sure lobby is presentable Direct and Transfer Clients to Correct Staff Member Schedule and Confirm Client Appointments Provide & Assist Clients with Intake Forms Communicate Clients Arrival to proper parties Review and Scan Documents Receive Payments & Provide Clients with Receipt Schedule Financial Meetings with Clients Open and process New Retainers Review case details and court minutes from various court websites Email Team with Urgent Matters Track Packages & Mail Complete and deliver daily reports to Supervisor Review daily task lists Provide Case Updates Review Liaison AR & Collection Lists Job Type:
Full Time Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM (1 hour unpaid break)
Saturday 9AM-1PM (OT Rate)
