This individual will be able to help find new tenants and work with the existing tenants on renewals with the goal of a high occupancy rate.
Our organization is growing! MUST have 2
years of leasing experience Shift:
Sunday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM (OFF on Friday & Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective tenants in finding and leasing properties.
- Give tours, handle applications, and negotiate lease terms.
- Screen and qualify prospective tenants by conducting background checks and verifying references - Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds - Maintain accurate records of rental activity, tenant information, and lease agreements - Assist with property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is required - Strong phone and communication skills to effectively interact with prospective tenants - Ability to negotiate lease terms and upsell additional services or amenities - Excellent organizational skills to manage paperwork, files, and administrative tasks related to leasing operations Job Type:
