Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients remotely - Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings - Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email.
Social Media:
Create engaging content for business social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels promptly.
Manage interactive campaigns designed to meet specific business objectives.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role - famaliar with Google Suite - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills This is a remote position that offers flexibility in working hours.
